Kim has been an integral part of Howells & Co Legal & Conveyancing since the firm’s establishment. She is responsible for overseeing the daily financial and business operations, ensuring they are conducted with precision, accountability, and the highest professional standards.

Her career began in accounting within a large, multi‑office legal practice, where she was mentored in the principles of discipline, accuracy, and strong organisational foundations. These early experiences shaped her strong professional ethos and continue to guide her work today.

After many successful years in the legal sector, Kim transitioned into management within the health and wellness industry. There, she discovered her passion for supporting others and developed a deep appreciation for the value of well being. Her career then evolved once more when she stepped into a Human Relations leadership role, guiding a team through the establishment of new procedures and workforce structures following the international acquisition of a coal mine.

Finally, Kim returned to her original career in accounting, bringing with her a wealth of diverse experience and a strengthened commitment to operational excellence.
